At AJIO, Push Notifications are a major focus to grab the attention of the customer and drive sales through succinct, interesting and fun copy.

Problem: To send out offer-led PNs in the most fun way possible that will get customers to click on it and check out the products on the app.

Result: After a series of trial and errors, we managed to create some eye-catching PNs during sales and otherwise, that brought in sales and increased the number of click through rates (CTR). We also managed to put out some interesting PNs to leverage on viral marketing moments that also got featured on a few marketing pages on social media.
